Moving what stagnates
Glass cups, set with a flame following the classical technique of Chinese medicine. The flame serves only to create the suction; it never comes into contact with the skin.
Cupping is most often used for muscular pain or stiffness, alongside acupuncture, within a single session.
- Along the meridians, or on acupuncture points
- Round, painless marks that fade within a few days
- Added to medical follow-up, never a replacement for it

Offered by Jessica Chan, acupuncturist
usually alongside an acupuncture session.
Time to listen, to assess, to treat
We honestly bring together contemporary medicine and traditional Chinese medicine: what can be measured, what can be observed, what can be supported. Neither esotericism nor promises, but a clear framework.
Listening
Your reason for consulting, your circumstances, your habits. The first meeting runs 75 to 90 minutes depending on the practitioner, time enough for your account to be heard in full.
Assessing
Observation, palpation, clinical and energetic assessment: what can be measured, what can be observed.
Treating
Fine single-use needles; depending on the assessment, fire cupping, electrostimulation, moxibustion or dry needling.
Supporting
Clear points of reference for what comes next: a suggested frequency, practical advice, follow-up at your own pace. Follow-up sessions last 60 to 70 minutes, depending on the practitioner.

Before your first visit
What happens during a first session?
The first meeting runs 75 to 90 minutes depending on the practitioner: a conversation about your reason for consulting, a clinical assessment, then treatment. You leave with clear points of reference for what comes next.
How long do the sessions last?
The first session lasts 75 to 90 minutes; follow-ups last 60 to 70 minutes, depending on the practitioner.
Are insurance receipts issued on site?
Yes. Receipts are issued on site for acupuncture and physiotherapy. CNESST files are handled by Jessica; SAAQ files by Justin and Jessica.
Does cupping leave marks?
It can leave temporary round marks, painless, which usually fade within a few days. If you would rather avoid them, simply say so during your treatment.
Is there anything to plan before coming?
Comfortable clothing, a light meal, and go easy on caffeine and alcohol just before the session.
Where are you located?
At 1160, boul. Saint-Joseph Est, Suite #103, in the heart of the Plateau-Mont-Royal. Open 7 days a week.
