We want this site to work for as many people as possible: with a keyboard, with a screen reader, with reduced-motion preferences, or without JavaScript. This page describes what’s in place, where the site stands, and the limits we know about.

The standard we aim for is WCAG 2.2, level AA (the international guidelines for accessible web content). Accessibility isn’t treated as a one-time project: automated checks run with every release, and the defects they find get fixed as we go.
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2, level AA: most of what can be verified is covered, and some known limits remain (described below). The last full evaluation dates from July 2026: 55 representative pages, examined in desktop and phone formats with a recognized audit tool (axe-core), then corrected. Since then, the automated checks on every release keep regressions out of everything they know how to measure.
About forty links, mostly the ones that lead to our booking platform, don’t yet announce that they open in a new tab. That list is frozen: it can’t grow, and it shrinks as corrections land.
Some things can’t be checked automatically, like the real focus order or the full screen-reader experience. Those rely on periodic manual evaluations, like the one from July 2026.
Finally, online booking happens on Jane, an external platform: its accessibility isn’t ours to fix. If it gets in your way, you can always book by phone.
