Before your first visit

Are receipts issued on site?

Yes, for acupuncture as well as physiotherapy. Most group insurance plans accept them, and they’re often deductible as medical expenses.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer and Square.

What does an acupuncture session include?

A conversation about why you’re consulting, a clinical examination, the treatment, then your receipt, all within the scheduled time.

Do you handle CNESST and SAAQ files?

Yes, as well as Blue Cross. CNESST files are handled by Jessica; SAAQ files by Justin and Jessica. Please mention it when booking so the file is opened properly.

Cancellation. With less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% applies; for a no-show, 100%. This policy lets us offer the freed-up slots to other people. Thank you for your understanding.
